Common Issues

Stripe connection failed

Clear your browser cookies and try again. If the issue persists, make sure your Stripe account is in good standing and webhooks are properly configured.

Recovery emails not sending

Check that your Stripe account has valid customer email addresses. Verify that webhooks are active in your Stripe dashboard under Developers → Webhooks.

Metrics showing $0 recovered

This is normal if you haven't had any successful recoveries yet. Make sure you have failed payments and that our retries have had time to run (can take several days).

Invoice amount seems wrong

We charge 25% of recovered revenue. Calculation: Total Recovered × 25%. See our docs for detailed examples.
